Dr. Tiberii is not a "Preferred Provider" of any dental benefit carrier, plan or company. When looking at possible dental benefits available to you, please keep in mind that our office will always come under the category of "outside the network" or "non-participating providers."
We believe that you should decide the quality of treatment you prefer. Care and materials should not in any way be determined by an outside body, such as a dental benefit provider. If you have the type of benefit that does allow you to pick your own provider (to go "outside the network"), our administrative staff will gladly process your dental claim and you will be reimbursed for any monies contractually due to you. We thank you for providing us with accurate and complete information regarding your insurance policy as this will help to speed the receipt of your benefit.
Please note that Linda has had years of experience working with dental benefits and she will work hard at getting every dollar of the benefit contractually due to you.
We do our best to give you an accurate fee estimate before beginning your treatment. However, due to the very nature of any individual dental situation, your necessary treatment may differ from the original plan. We will keep you informed if there any changes in your treatment and we will advise you of any difference in your fee.
